Choice of Magazine Genre
Magazines that inspired me :
"The magazine covers the ideas behind why people create , who they create for and how culture can be a vehicle for a positive shift in society"
I have been subscribed to this french magazine for 1 years now. I have never been disappointed by it, as I enjoyed each one their articles and its aesthetic. Paulette is an independent magazine which make participate their audience in its content and promote new talents who express themselves through a variety of domains.
Scout is a free publication in the Philippines focusing on youth culture that is also produced by the youth. The categories this magazine contain will be similar to mine but I won't focus only on the youth culture

After a lot of thoughts , I have decided that my magazine will be dedicated to the best of culture have to offer in the domain of arts.
The arts is a large field which the creativity flowed from it never stop to fascinated me. Each creators has their own approach and it is something I want to look more in deep.
By connoting culture I mean the set of ideas, behaviors, attitudes, and traditions that exist within large groups of people. Cultures vary widely not only across the world, but also right next to us, I have experienced different culture through my life and I strongly believe that people should take more interest about it.
I want my magazine to featured latest or oldest unknown photographers , artists, musicians and designers from a range experiences - who are to share new inspiring perceptions on culture (arts , music , beauty, graphic design and fashion...) , for my audience to be more aware of culture diversity in an artistic way and even to get inspire by the guests of the magazine.
